Abstract Submission

During the last decade, Asian countries have been challenged with emerging diseases caused by animal and this affected human health. From the several occurrences of animal health problems in recent years, the scientific community from the veterinary circles has worked hard to eradicate each insurgent. With each solution to counter each problem, the veterinary community creates new international standards and common practices recognized throughout the world. This is a product from the collaborations of Veterinary faculties and other institutions from Thailand as well as regional neighbors. Therefore, we are confident to enlighten the excellent confrontation of academic knowledge on tropical Veterinary Medicine. We would like to invite abstracts from the topics below but should not be limited to:

  1. Emerging, re-emerging animal and zoonotic diseases
  2. Food and feed crisis; security and safety.
  3. Veterinary education, accreditation and veterinary services
  4. Aquatic animal diseases and aquaculture
  5. Companion, zoo, wildlife and exotic animal sciences

Title must be completed within 2 lines. (Bold in Times New Roman 14 pt.)

Introduction: The problem(s) under investigation or proposed hypothesis.

Materials & Methods: Experimental methods used (including microorganisms and/or samples).

Results: In the summary form, there should be sufficient quantitative data and statistical tests. Summary such as "to be completed" or statements as such are not acceptable.

Discussion: Summary of findings that are supported by the results (statement such as "The results will be presented and discussed" will not be accepted).

  1. Your extended abstract is not more than 3 pages.
  2. The authors of each extended abstract (paper) in the 13th AITVM are responsible for their own paper’s content and format. The organizer  will not edit  the papers for the proceeding. Therefore, please follow the paper submission instruction below carefully.
  3. The paper notification deadline is 1 June 2010.
  4. The proceeding  closing date is 15 June 2010. Therefore your registration must be done before 15 June 2010, otherwise your paper will not be in the proceeding.
