These are the registration fees:

- "Member registration" applies to registrants who are staff member of one of the AITVM member institutions
- Registration for Thai delegates (Thai citizen) and International student is EXCLUDED welcome reception and gala dinner ticket
- Student rate is applicable for students and they are required to present valid student ID card as evidence of their status when show-up onsite, otherwise thay will be charged at "Non-member, onsite" rate.
Payment Procedure
Payment modes available are: Credit Card (for Thais & Non Thai), Cash at Ayudthaya Bank (for only Thais)
For online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB):
- Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Visa”,“MasterCard” or ”JCB”.

- You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by Krungsri E-Payment.
- Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference manager within 2 working day.
- Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER payment is made.
- The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “AITVM 2010”.
Consumer Data Privacy Policy
AITVM 2010 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes AITVM 2010 Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described below.
The registeration form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The fields are: Your name, Your organization, Country, E-mail address, etc. All fields are required in order to process your registeration and payment. The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by TechSolve, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security.
Your credit card details are sent directly to AITVM 2010's payment provider AITVM 2010 Payment Systems over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by AITVM 2010's authorized customer service staff. Other AITVM 2010 employees do not have access to Heartland Payment Systems' transaction management system. This is only valid for products ordered directly from AITVM 2010.
Your contact information is sent to AITVM 2010's server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorized customer service staff. Other AITVM 2010 employees do not have access to the information.

Cancellation and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations received on or before 15 July 2010 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
- From 16 July 2010 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
